We are a small team of 3 people right now, and are hiring deliberately to keep the team small yet effective. We leverage AI side by side with our own human taste, understanding, and reasoning, so every member is using their full capacity while outsourcing mundane tasks that don’t need our brain power. Our job is the thinking: understanding why something works, turning it into a system that keeps working, and holding the result to a standard we would put our name on. We iterate quickly, we measure honestly, and when something does not work, we say so and move on.
